Membership Deadline - December 31, 2006

The membership form is no longer available. In August 2006, the Central Valley Water Board created a deadline for irrigated lands owners and/or operators to join Coalition Groups. This deadline was adopted under Resolution R5-2006-0077. Coalition Groups can generally not accept new participants after December 31, 2006. If growers do not obtain regulatory coverage for their waste discharges under a Coalition Group or Individual Irrigated Lands Conditional Waiver, they must file a Report of Waste Discharge and filing fee with the Water Board office to obtain a grower-specific permit (also referred to as Waste Discharge Requirements).

Resolution R5-2006-0077 included several conditions under which growers can seek Regional Board approval to join Coalition Groups after December 31, 2006. To apply for approval to join a Coalition Group, please complete Form ILP-5.0. Check the conditions that apply. If none of the conditions listed on Form ILP-5.0 apply, you must also complete Form ILP-5.1. More detailed instructions for completing these forms are included on the forms.
